BEFORE using this website or any other Coeus Computing (hereinafter "Company") game website (hereinafter "WEBSITE") you should carefully read the Official Rules of Play (hereinafter Rules), the TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter "T&C"), and this Privacy Policy. This agreement will affect your legal rights regarding dispute resolution with Company. By using WEBSITE, you agree to abide by the whole of Rules and T&C.

Privacy Policy

You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Rules and T&C, and that by accessing or using WEBSITE, you agree to be bound by the T&C, Rules, and this Privacy Policy. We at Company (may be referred to as "us" or "our" or "we"), recognize the importance of your privacy. Our Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for Company and this WEBSITE. Please read this document carefully to learn the privacy practices regarding your use of WEBSITE.

Personal Information

Before any other issue is discussed, know that Company will not sell or disclose your personal information to any person, company, or government entity, except as required by law or by the agreement to sell Company. If Company includes your personal information as part of the data included in the sale of Company, the buyer shall promise to honor the whole of this Privacy Policy. Period.

In order to provide you with our Services, we must collect two types of information: (1) Personally Identifiable Information ("PII"); (2) Aggregate Information, or Non-PII.

PII refers to information that identifies you. When you engage in certain activities on WEBSITE, such as registering for an Account or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide personal information about yourself, such as your name or address and other identifying information. When purchasing products or services from WEBSITE, you may be asked to provide a credit/debit card information to PayPal. This is also PII (although we do not store credit card information on our system). Aggregate Information or Non-PII refers to information that does not identify a specific individual. We gather certain information based upon category selection, how fast players answer a question, and other such information. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated, non-personal basis. An examples of Non-PII data is your IP address and the time a player signs in.

Collection and Use of PII

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services or to administer your use of the Services. We do not collect PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us; however, you may be required to provide certain PII to us when you elect to use our WEBSITE. These may include: (a) registering for an Account; (b) entering a WEBSITE tournament/game; (c) sending us an email message; (d) submitting a form or transmitting other information by telephone or letter; or (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information. When processing certain information, such as payment information with affiliated banking institutions or payment processors, we encrypt the transaction in order to prevent your PII from being stolen or intercepted.

Collection and Use of Non-PII

We may also collect certain Aggregate, or Non-PII Information. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-PII for any purpose. We may collect information such as zip code, area code, general location, so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our Services. As an example, we may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers and software, to administer our Site, and to gather demographic information.

Others

It may be necessary for Company to disclose your PII by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from governmental authorities. In particular, Company will share your Account information with the official tax authorities of your jurisdiction. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. In the event of a reorganization, merger, transfer, or sale, we may transfer any and all PII we have collected to relevant third parties; however, said third parties must agree to honor the terms we have set forth herein to protect your PII.

Protection of Information

Company takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical precautions to safeguard your PII against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information that we collect from or about you from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is 100% secure, especially from employees of Company. Because of this fact, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information we collect except to the extent that we will protect all data, personal and otherwise, as well as physically and technologically feasible.

Retention of PII

We will retain your PII for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Access to and Correction of PII

You will have access to your PII using your password and User ID. Your password will be encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. So that we may best serve you, you are responsible for ensuring that all PII you provide on this Site is maintained and kept current. You may ask to have the information about you deleted or removed; however, some information, such as tax information and logs of technical support calls may not be deleted. Know that it may be extremely difficult to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups; however, every reasonable effort will be made to remove your information from data that has been restored from backups.

For other PII, we make every reasonable effort to provide you with access to such PII so you can request that we correct or delete the PII we have about you. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Access, correction, or deletion requests can be made by contacting Company at support@trivzilla.com.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected the PII of a person under 18, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

Company may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. Any information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is collected. When we change the policy in a material way, we will notify you of such changes by posting a notice on the Site or by sending you an email or other notification, and Company shall indicate when such changes will become effective. A notice shall be posted on WEBSITE notifying users of the updated Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) your agreement to abide by and be bound by that Policy.
